How we work

We start with the system you need to build or improve. Together, we define the intended outcome, technical constraints, decision-makers and acceptance criteria. Each engagement identifies who owns architecture, delivery and operations; these are project responsibilities, not a fixed team size.

Architecture and technical decisions
The technical lead owns the architecture proposal, documents trade-offs and reviews decisions with your technical stakeholders.

Implementation and verification
The delivery lead coordinates engineering work, dependencies and reviews. Progress is demonstrated through working increments and test results against agreed requirements.

Collaboration and ownership
We agree responsibilities across our work, your team and other suppliers, including access, approvals, decision records, review points and escalation.

Handover and ongoing support
The scope defines the code, configuration, documentation and runbooks to transfer. Where operations are included, an identified service owner coordinates monitoring, incidents and changes under agreed support terms.
